TERMS OF USE (EULA)

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and RemindAI ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the RemindAI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using RemindAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
RemindAI is a voice-powered productivity application that allows users to:
• Record and process voice notes
• Create tasks, reminders, calendar events, shopping lists, and other items through voice commands
• Organize and manage personal information using AI-powered natural language processing
3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription
RemindAI offers a premium subscription service ("Premium Subscription") that provides:
• Title: Premium Monthly Subscription
• Length: Monthly (renews automatically each month)
• Price: As displayed in the App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
3.2 Subscription Management
• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android)
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of that period.
3.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
4. USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA
4.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Data Storage
• Your data is stored locally on your device
• We may use cloud services to sync your data across devices (if applicable)
• You are responsible for backing up your data
4.3 Data Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the App settings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RemindAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. DISCLAIMERS
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMINDAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RemindAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
If you are using the App on iOS, the following additional terms apply:
• This Agreement is between you and RemindAI only, not with Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Your use of the App must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you
15. GOOGLE PLAY-SPECIFIC TERMS
If you are using the App on Android, the following additional terms apply:
• This Agreement is between you and RemindAI only, not with Google
• Google is not responsible for the App or its content
• Your use of the App must comply with Google Play's Terms of Service
